Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer worldwide shipping with the following rates:
- Orders under $50 CAD: $7.99 flat rate shipping
- Orders $50 CAD and over: FREE shipping
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada & USA: 7-15 business days
- Europe & Australia: 10-20 business days
- Rest of World: 14-30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
